Behvandi Build intelligent systems

Partner Program

You bring the opportunity. We build the system.

01

How the partnership works

This is not a client–vendor hierarchy. Two complementary strengths: one creates the opportunity, the other delivers the system.

Opportunity partner

You create the relationship, find the opportunity, understand the client need, and move the commercial conversation forward.

Technical delivery

We analyse, architect, engineer, and take the system through delivery and support.

Why this pairing works. You have a network we do not. We have delivery capacity you should not have to staff. The result is a repeatable partnership — not handing the client away.

02

Who this is for

If you have access to commercial opportunities but no delivery team, this path is for you:

  • Business consultants
  • Business developers
  • Advertising, branding, and marketing agencies
  • Freelance UI/UX and graphic designers
  • Non-technical freelancers
  • People with a wide professional network
  • Anyone close to potential clients without an execution team

This is not an internal hiring track, a cold-lead marketplace, or a public fixed-percentage rate card.

03

Engagement flow

From spotting the opportunity to post-delivery support — roles stay clear at every stage.

  1. Opportunity. The partner identifies a real need or commercial opportunity with a prospective client.
  2. Discovery. Together we examine the real need and gather enough context to share one picture of the work.
  3. Proposal. A technical and commercial proposal is prepared for the end client; roles and share are agreed before work starts.
  4. Engineering. Analysis, architecture, and development are carried by the studio engineering team.
  5. Delivery. The project is delivered to the end client. The referring relationship is respected.
  6. Support. After handover, support and maintenance keep the product stable in production.
04

How partner share is set

Share on each project is agreed before work starts, based on the opportunity, roles, involvement, and commercial terms of that engagement.

No fixed percentage is published on the site; every number is negotiated case by case and written down before engineering starts.

There is no in-app commission ledger. The official application path is this partnership form.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the Partner Program?

The Partner Program is for people who have access to opportunities, networks, or client need but no engineering team. You create the opportunity; the studio owns analysis, architecture, engineering, delivery, and support. It is not hiring, cold-lead selling, or handing the client away.

Who is this partnership for?

Business consultants, commercial professionals, advertising and branding agencies, freelance designers, non-technical freelancers, and anyone close to potential clients without a delivery team. The core requirement is real access to opportunity — not programming skill.

Who is this path not for?

If you want a full-time job at the studio, if you only sell cold contact lists, or if you need a fixed percentage published on the site before you will talk, this model is not a fit. Partnership is built on a real opportunity and a per-project agreement.

Do we sign an agreement?

Yes. Terms for that project — including roles and share — are agreed in writing before engineering starts. There is no blanket rate on the site, and a generic “one contract for all deals” does not replace the agreement for that work.

Is there a fixed commission percentage on the site?

No. A fixed percentage is not published because the opportunity, your role, discovery involvement, and commercial terms differ every time. Each number is negotiated and written. A percentage promised to a client before a joint proposal cannot be honoured as a site rule.

How is the partner share decided?

Share reflects the opportunity type, each side’s role, how involved you stay (introduction only versus discovery and the commercial relationship), and that project’s terms. The agreement is made before engineering so it is not left vague.

What if the client contacts the studio directly?

The introduction is recorded. We do not treat a later direct message as a reason to drop the referring partner when the origin of the opportunity is clear. Naming the client and the context up front prevents later confusion.

What is my role after introducing the opportunity? Do I join meetings?

After the introduction you stay in the commercial relationship as much as the project needs: some partners join discovery, others only open the door. That involvement is part of the per-project agreement and affects share. You are not required to sit in every engineering meeting.

When is the partner share paid?

Payment timing follows the commercial terms of that project — typically tied to client payments — and is written before work begins. It is not a site-wide calendar. If the client has not paid under the contract, the partner share follows the same written terms.

Is there a limit on how many opportunities I can introduce?

No volume cap. Quality of fit matters more than count. Each opportunity is reviewed on its own. A poor-fit or out-of-scope introduction may be declined without closing the partnership path.

Do I need a live project to apply?

No. You can describe your network and typical opportunities without an open deal so the path is clear. If you have a specific opportunity now, include the details so review is faster.

How soon do you reply after the form?

We reply along this path (the partner inbox) within two business days. If the opportunity is time-sensitive, include the meeting window or the client’s decision deadline. A reply is not automatic project acceptance — it is review and the next step.

Do you grant exclusive territory or industry rights?

Regional or industry exclusivity is not granted by default. Each opportunity is reviewed on its own. If a repeatable working relationship forms later, special terms can be discussed for that relationship — they are not a right published on the site in advance.

Can I partner if I already have a technical team?

Yes, if roles do not collide. Typically the studio owns architecture and custom-product delivery while you stay on the commercial relationship, discovery, or a design layer. Details are agreed per project; quietly competing on the same delivery is not accepted.

How do I apply?

Fill in the form on this page: name, role, email, phone, a note on your network, and details if you have a specific opportunity. After submit you receive a reference number and the request is stored in the studio inbox.

What happens to my client relationship after work starts?

The referring relationship is respected. Technical delivery stays with the studio. Whether you remain in client meetings or only opened the door is set in that project's agreement. The intent is not to quietly replace you with the studio.
